The Truth is Now

Often, I see people discussing very deeply about life & how they envision it, how things did turn out or how they did not turn out…. We live in the past & in the future, the moment is lost in the thinking of these two beautiful realities… while the past is full of memories of good, bad & ugly the future is full of dreams where we envision great things ourselves & our loved one. There is nothing wrong living life this way , but one need to understand that life intervenes sometimes, it will have plans that you did not envision, it has stories to tell you, it has planned experiences & it chooses the path very few ever took. Some of this causes pain both physical & emotional but also teaches this “The Truth” …

We are all in the journey of finding the truth or purpose of our existence. Pursue the journey yet step back & see if you are in this moment. Sometimes this moment has more profound impact on how you want your life to shape.

The truth is now. it is this moment, you are alive now, can think, eat, talk & do things in this moment. Observing yourself will transform you from what you are to what you can be /what you will be… the inner transformation doesn’t happen when you think of the past or when we envision our future. it is the moments of our life that transform us, so learn to observe the moment because that is the truth.
