Mamata is a physically disabled person and comes from a family of
limited means. Her father is a milk vendor. But she isn’t dependent on
her father for
her sustenance. She is independent as she works as an Admin Executive
in a multinational company. Her productivity has not in the least been
hampered by her disability. She is very happy in her job and has been
of great financial support to her family.

How is this made possible?

EnAble India is a one of its kind organization that trains people with
various disabilities, such as visual impairment, hearing impairment,
physical disabilities and mentally illness in employability skills. It
also sensitizes employers in creating an accessible work environment.
In fact, it was EnAble India that found a placement for Mamata.
