The last few weeks and months have not been focused. There has been a lot of stress on my mind, body, and soul, which has affected my ability to work, think, innovate, and be creative. I found myself procrastinating more, but I have decided to put an end to this way of living my life.
I have taken control of things and regained my focus. I managed to accomplish ten times more within a few hours, finishing tasks and projects that I had put off for the past few weeks. I don’t want drugs to control my mind, so this journey will be challenging. However, I am listening to the right podcasts, reading the right books and articles, and talking to people who motivate me to keep going.
Dealing with chronic health challenges is easier when the interference of drugs on your mental health does not disrupt a significant part of life.
