You wake up at 3 AM, contemplating what to do. Suddenly, a WhatsApp message from your virtual assistant arrives, bearing a cheerful “good morning” along with yesterday’s updates. After exchanging a few messages, you decide to hop onto a call. The discussion spans various topics, including food, website updates, content planning for the next few weeks, social media updates, and general life matters. Sometimes, the synergy of working together allows you to accomplish more in a few hours than you would individually. It’s like how a long-distance runner benefits from a pacer, and in the professional realm, finding that person who propels you forward can significantly enhance your productivity.
Personally, I find that I work and think more clearly when engaged in a call with someone, bouncing ideas, documenting thoughts, and discussing topics unrelated to work. This collaborative approach has been my modus operandi throughout the years, consistently helping me make meaningful progress. It’s my way of moving the needle.
How about you? What is your optimal way of working, and what drives you each day?

Sounds wonderful. I do appreciate bouncing ideas off others etc, but when I do get down to work, I love to in a quiet space, working alone!
