I’ve started a YouTube channel called DigitalA11Y Insights, with one of my goals being to share my knowledge of accessibility through videos. I’ve also been dedicating time to work with individuals who are blind or have low vision, teaching them these concepts. Teaching is something I truly enjoy, and I believe this path might help me discover my next purpose.
Over the past year, I’ve been struggling to find meaning and something to hold onto. When my doctor informed me about the acute rejection of my transplanted kidney, I decided to focus on things that truly matter and can make an impact on others’ lives.
In this past year, it feels like I’ve taken thousands of steps in this direction, and I believe the journey has only just begun. Perhaps my purpose will become clear when I reflect on these moments a few years from now. For now, my focus is on my accessibility consulting, blog, and YouTube channel.
